  1. What is the Deanship of Student Affairs Portal? It is an online platform for students and staff to manage activities, events, reports, and administrative tasks related to student affairs at KSAU-HS.
  2. Who can use the portal? All university students, any external users interested in registering for the activities, and authorized staff.
  3. What services does the portal provide? Activity registration, event participation, staff management tools, access to reports and statistics, account services.
  4. Is the service available 24/7? What are support hours? The portal is available 24/7. Helpdesk support is available Sunday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (Saudi time).
  5. How long does it take to process service requests? Most services are provided immediately; account-related services may take up to 1 working day, and approval workflows up to 4 working days.
